Ivana Savić je rođena 1974 godine u Nišu.
Završila je Umetničku školu "Đorđe Krstić"u Nišu, slikarski odsek.
1998 godine diplomirala na Fakultetu Primenjenih Umetnosti u Beogradu, na odseku zidno slikarstvo, restauracija i konzervacija.
2000 godine na istom fakultetu magistrirala na odseku scenografije,( TV, film i pozorište).
Radi na scenografskim i kostimografskim rešenjima za mnogobrojne predstave Narodnog pozorišta u Nišu i drugim.
Učesnik je mnogobrojnih kolonija i izložbi u zemlji i inostranstvu. Ima više samostalnih izložbi u Srbiji. Sarađuje sa institucijama, pojedincima i nevladinim organizacijama.
